Rhalf was a fantastic tour guide. It was our third time to lake Louise but first time to Lake Moraine. We have never had a tour guide to either area before and found Rhalf to not only be professional but also very informative and personable. I would highly recommend Rhalf and this tour for anybody looking for see the wonderful sights whilst also learning about the history and facts behind everything. Great for both first time visitors but also very educational for people that have previously visited without the guidance.
Ralph is an excellent tour guide. We had a great day in the Canadian Rockies. We saw Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, the Rockpile at Lake Moraine, and some excellent vantage points for views. Ralph was sociable and knowledgeable about the history, geology, and wildlife of the region. He was great at recommending photo spots and taking photos of us. He explained the wildlife overpasses on the highway, wildlife monitoring, and shared some stories about risky human-animal encounters. He helped my wife and I on some steep areas of the hikes. He also speaks multiple languages. All around, he was a super guide.
Our tour guide and driver Red was amazing. He was punctual, knowledgeable and most importantly so fun to talk to. We had to book last minute tour because of some reason. But the experience was amazing. They provided ample time at both the lakes. Highly recommend !

Excellent half day experience May was our driver guide and she made sure we had the best possible trip in accord with the weather conditions. She joined us in the lookout walk at Moraine Lake, showed us some great places to take photos and snapped some shots for us as we posed in front of yet another magnificent backdrop. Very informative, professional. Would highly recommend.
