Unprofessional company and unprofessional employees. When they need documents, they would call you 10 times a day, but I have been requesting for my EX 1 for several shippments repeatedly; no reponse to my mails or calls. The employee P. Vulcheva behaves and speaks like if she is my boss, very unfriendly. This was our last time working with them.
I do not know how are they in Business . Please do not use them . They com up with stories and reasons and they are all just a excuses . They have promised to collect and deliver and after all the promises and telling me not to worry on the last possible day they did not collect . It is a ridicules service . Please Please do not use them ever
