So many people don’t even know this experience exists — but Balloon Atlantis was a really cool adventure. 🤩 If you can, go for sunrise or sunset 🌅 🌇 but just make sure to check the tracker before you go. Because our flight got delayed from afternoon to evening because of the weather, but it actually turned out amazing we even had the whole balloon to ourselves! FOR YOU 👍 if you love unique experiences and seeing Dubai from a completely different perspective. Probably not for you 👎 if you’re afraid of heights or get nervous when things get a bit wobbly — it can get quite windy up there.

Dear Mr Muhammad and Mr Ali (Pilot) Thank you for the amazing experience. Your hospitality was amazing. It made out vacation truly memorable. Right from the preflight briefing to take off and landing , everything was smooth and enjoyable. The views of Atlantis from the top especially during golden hour were amazing. Truly appreciate your team effort The Dubai Balloon to give one of its kind experience to us.

We got a wonderful experience to have a balloon ride flying up for around 250m for 10 mins. Though this balloon is totally depending on weather and wind speed, we booked our tickets on 18th May,2025 but couldn't got a chance to have a ride on that day because of high winds in the morning. The best part your ticket can't get expired for 6 months. So we used it on 13th July,2025 at evening this time. We reached at 5:45 pm and got to know that winds are high again so we have to wait for 2 more hours i.e. 8pm. But this time we were enthusiastic for the ride so we waited by having a greatest walk inside the Mall, and had a beautiful sunset walk around the Palm Jumeirah track across road (Outside mall). We prayed to the nearest mosque to Atlantis. Our hopes were getting down but suddenly after maghrib prayers, I spotted the balloon flying up and we turn our wheels and excited to get there. Reached at 7:55pm around Got our ticket band, and following the path inside the mall to get to our destination to have a great experience of our life. We only waited 15 more mints bcz there is one family ride before ours. We had a private ride, we made our beautiful memory and clicked beautiful landscape around us. I think they should improve the service, by informing their booked passenger through email or sms about there status of ride. Bcz we checked the flight status before visiting there, on site it showed "Go to Fly" but when we reached and they say we are on stand by for 2 hours. Rest whole experience was good.

It started quietly. No adrenaline, no theatrics—just a calm ascent, as if the city itself was gently releasing me from gravity. Within seconds, I wasn't looking at Dubai—I was with it. Floating above the Palm Jumeirah, where geometry becomes poetry and the horizon folds itself into gold, I realized: this isn’t sightseeing. This is something much rarer. It felt like entering a dimension where noise disappears, time holds its breath, and all the clichés about views and thrill rides simply dissolve. There’s no “thrill” in the conventional sense. There is clarity. A stillness that hits you harder than speed ever could. The contrast of the city's monumental ambition below, and the fragile silence of the sky above, is almost cinematic—but no cinema could replicate this. People talk about perspective when they travel. But this isn’t perspective—it’s perspective’s origin point. A place where the skyline and your heartbeat finally sync, where architecture becomes emotion, and light becomes language. From above, Atlantis doesn't just look like a resort—it looks like a riddle from space. The sea isn't blue—it's a living sheet of molten sapphire. The sun doesn't rise or set. It watches. This balloon isn't an activity. It's an interruption. A vertical pause button. A way to escape without running, to ascend without effort. Every image I captured—every frame, every angle—feels like it was waiting for me before I arrived.

I recommend everyone to visit. And we also got to the sunset. It was amazing. Not many people. were cool at all. 15 minutes you can enjoy a great sunset and a view of beautiful Palm Jumeirah.
