We got an amazing. Opportunity to visit AYA universe today. And we are incredibly excited for this trip. Staff was professional from the moment we stepped into the reception. Warm welcome ,knowledgeable staff members, organized work while safeguarding was on top notch. Kids enjoyed as well as we as teachers. The place is recommended from 4 to 100 years old kids ❤️ Special thanks to our beautiful,professional coach Nidaa ❤️She make it to be easy,smooth and more enjoyable for the group. ❤️❤️❤️

It's a good one time experience with different themes in each section. Kids will enjoy it. People who doesn't like loud sound or Flashy lights can stay away. You can cover this in one hour if there is no queue.
Aya universe located inside Wafi mall is a great out of the box experience. The place is amazing, well choreographed and advanced. The place is Family friendly and very nicely done. The only drawbacks come from the super rude staff who treat people like cattle and the wildly stinky smell/stench of feet and BO which is a massive drawback. Staff need extra training or maybe group dismissal. Ventilation is much needed in the place because it ruins the experience. Definitely not a place you would want to visit again due to that.
