Restaurant Enoteca is a newly opened jewel in Interpred Boyana, located on two floors and offering authentic Italian cuisine. The food is always fresh and of high quality. The pesto is especially impressive, which is the best not only in Bulgaria, but also in Italy. Personally, I love it! The restaurant has a VIP room and organizes private events, holidays and corporate events. Free parking is also provided for guests. The menu includes a variety of Italian specialties, such as Caprese salad with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, baked goat cheese and main dishes such as salmon and sea bream. All dishes go perfectly with the wines of the Edoardo Miroglio winery, such as Blanc de Noir - a white wine made from Pinot Noir. And the desserts... I can never resist the tiramisu, which lives up to its name and always lifts my mood! If you are looking for a place with excellent Italian cuisine, a cozy atmosphere and opportunities for organizing events, Enoteca is the place!
