We searched to book an excursion in Galapagos Ecuador, the civitatis tour seemed available on our date and was reasonably priced. What a huge mistake. We booked inline and then spent the next 3 days frustrated by no way to communicate with the provider. They claim 24/7 support- a complete mis-representation. No phone, no chat, and the email received a response of a non-response email address. Out of frustration we finally figured out how to cancel online so we could book through tripadvisor or getyourguide or a local company that would answer our whatsapp. However they did not refund our money. Worst experience I have ever had booking an excursion and we travel extensively. I will stay clear of civitatis tours and advise everyone else to as well.

If you go to Quito and you want a super tour at a great rate, this is your place. We did the historic tour and it was great. We had the opportunity of visiting Itchimbia and the views of the city. We visited La Compañia (a must in Quito) and San Francisco and we ended on the beautiful Mama Cuchara to have a juice. Jonathan was our guide and he was the best!!! He knows so much and also we have a driver to move us in the city (Jon). The city has a different view when you know more about the history.
