The response of the employee - the second one who served me from the sales department I guess, after a difficult conversation and basic questions was, "customize it". Personally, I find it absurd to customize two products from the same brand, but I guess I have no choice and I will buy it, because I spent too much time and energy! The people in the warehouse are cool and helpful. I give 5 stars because of the 1st employee and the employee in the warehouse. I hope that tomorrow I will meet more understanding on the issue with the recommended vacuum cleaner that I happen to have
