Our second visit to Milan and our second time engaging Alice. It’s not an exaggeration to say we returned to Milan because of Alice. During the first visit she introduced us to a Milan we never knew existed. Not just Finance and Fashion, it’s so much more. She brought the city and its history alive with fascinating and factual stories, taking you to such interesting sites. Intertwined are many hidden gems. So often in these “secret” spots there’s no one else there with you, or at most just a few. Of course she will customize the tour, a Master Class actually, to her client’s interests. Her depth of knowledge about the Duomo could fill a text book. She’s able to bring these things together in a way that few others could. Definitely book as many days with Alice as possible. It’s time well invested.

I would give more stars if I could. This is actually my second time on a tour with Alice, the first with my company, then one with my family a couple years later and I would return for another one! She made each one special and her passion for the history and culture of Milano made the tour exciting and engaging. I loved the "hidden gems" she shared along the way, adding an element that you couldn't get from a self tour or a hop on / hop off bus tour. My in-laws are elderly and required a little bit different pace but we were still able to enjoy so many sights and Alice made the accomodations seemless. It's this level of personalization that you just can't find without booking a private tour and Alice is definitely the best!!!
