We were quite disappointed with the group for Romania from 31.10 to 02.11. Complete lack of organization, the program was changed several times, sites were skipped, places were changed, we didn't understand much of what we saw. Good thing we were a cool group, so the mood among us at least compensated a little. The tour guide tried to keep the situation, but she couldn't. We won't do it again.

Sergio is a great homebody. Always available, it was important to him that we felt good and did his best to answer all our requests. the breakfast is great, it can also be served in the room. The house is new, luxurious, every single detail has been touched with attention. The apartments are clean, comfortable and large. We as a family were impressed by Sergio's attitude and understanding. We also had a problem with a canceled flight, but even then Sergio showed understanding. I recommend with both hands.

They book dirt cheap hotels, which should not even qualify as such. I have seen better motels than what they offer. Also hotels are not mentioned in the tours, so you don't know where you are staying. Awful customer service with poor response times when abroad. I would advise to stay away from them. I will file complaints and have posted our horror story all over diferent social media. Fortunately we are not ghe only ones and news is spreading quickly, I'm getting hundreds of replies to my posts and reposts.
