We stayed for 2 nights 14-15 august. Great property on the Danube river, superb views from the room and restaurant, very well organised, great staff and excelent food and wines (personally I liked the sparking a lot) . Take the time to relax and book the wine testing experience.
Back at Bononia Estate after 2 years and… wow, it’s still just as good! Delicious food, amazing wines, and service that really makes you feel well taken care of. The accommodation? Elegant, peaceful, and with that special something that makes you never want to leave. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing weekend or a romantic getaway.
My husband and I visited this gem located on the Denube River overseeing Romania. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The entire hotel and rooms are very clean and beautiful. We tried delicious local wines and had a very relaxing and romantic experience. The hotel offers a salt water pool, a full menu, and various activities (book in advance!!!). We will stay here next time we visit this region. Highly recommend for those looking for romantic seclusion.
