My cruise ship made a 2 day stop at this Terminal...it's nice, clean and comfortable with a seating capacity for lots of passengers...it has a variety of merchandise shopping including souvenirs and a tour company. A security personnel and money exchange booth also on hand...with a complimentary strong and reliable wifi for guests and crew to take advantage of. The terminal is big enough to accommodate thousands of passengers if more than one ship comes calling on a particular day with ample parking spots for your comfort.
MSC and Emirates Airlines did a fantastic job of coordinating baggage handling from the ship to the airport. Well done.
I congratulate the fast internet and cleanness and lots of seats. Unfortunately you are missing restaurants for people who just want to eat something fast before going on excursion of for the 2000 crew who don't have time to go far. Also taxi drivers outside are BIG SCAMMERS, they drive in circles to charge more, they start with 20 dirhams in advance on the price, they don't share data when you ask because "phone is not working" when other companies of taxi drivers don't mind to share. Avoid the big black SUVs drivers they say is taxi don't mention is a luxury car who charges 3 times normal rate. The worst part is many don't speak English or pretend not too also. There is very few exceptions who are kind or helpful but that depends on luck. Better order uber, Kareem if you have active SiMcard
A terminal dedicated to cruise passegers with lovely staff and a number of stores selling souvenirs.
We visited Dubai, and went on 2 excursions with Moto Marine Tours that were Outstanding!!! People were so polite and professional. Vehicles were clean and spacious and drivers were very knowledgeable. Moto Marine Tours are leaders of Dubai Tours
