On the positive side, the terminal is in a great location, providing easy access to Dubai’s major attractions, and transportation options like taxis and shuttles are readily available. The amenities are decent, and the staff were polite, but the overall experience could have been much better with improved organization at check-in. If the check-in process is streamlined, this terminal has the potential to offer a much more pleasant experience for travelers. For now, it’s a mixed experience
