The tour to Phong Nha and Paradise caves was really special. The caves were beautiful and even more impressive than we expected. Our guide, Nick, was great — friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. He told us a lot of interesting things about the caves and also about life and culture in Vietnam. We felt very comfortable with him and enjoyed the whole day. Definitely a great experience!
Great kayaking tour. I also took two other tours through this company: city scooter tour; tour to the DMZ, Tunnels, Cemetery and Citadel. I took all these tours with Nick who was great. Hana who did all the booking was great also. They are very straightforward and transparent with their pricing and everything they promised was delivered. They also own Nam Long Hotel in Dong Hoi.

We had a tour to the Paradise and Phong Nha caves. It was a remarkable adventure! The tour guide Nick is knowledgeable and made this experience both informative and engaging. We had a small group - only 5 people, so it was almost like a private tour. They picked up us by our hotel and overall everything was very well organized!
We took tour of Paradise Cave and Phong Nha cave from here. They picked us up from the hotel that we were staying and dropped us back, this was very convenient. Our guide Kate(Treś) , a fun person to go on tour with, speaks very good English. She is very funny and enthusiastic, keeps the mood light and takes care of all the essentials for entire day like water, food etc. Tours are well organised, they take care of lunch as well, if you are a vegetarian/Vegan or any other special requests just let the guide know and they will arrange accordingly. We had asked for Veg food and had a scrumptious Vietnamese lunch(look for pictures). Totally reliable service.
