DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You’ve been warned. As the other reviews posted, this company/guy needs a minus-100 star review for his sheer incompetence. We booked a 7-person taxi through the scam website to be picked up after Tomorrowland at 1:30am. Easy right? Apparently not, because after multiple attempts to get in touch with him via WhatsApp and phone, he finally decided to do his job and pick up the phone to respond. He asked me for the confirmation code, which I shared as a screenshot over WhatsApp and went verbally with him over the phone. He even had the AUDACITY to tell us that our confirmation code was probably wrong, even though the screenshot with the EXACT code was sent to him. In the end, he proceeds to tell us that he cannot locate our booking number - so sorry what could he do???? We asked for a refund because apparently this company/guy does not honor ANY promised and paid-for services. And so here we are currently in a dispute with our credit card company. Luckily, we were able to find another taxi home that night and could enjoy the rest of the weekend. TLDR; very terrible service and more than likely a scam. Use every bit of caution. Honestly, I really hope this guy we spoke to reads this and finds his way to Jesus and stops scamming people, because this is absolutely unacceptable.

Do not use this company!!! I booked a taxi to go to the airport. The time was very sensitive to leave at 5:05 and the driver was not there. I called him and he said that he would be in 5 mins. in 5 mins i had to take another taxi to make sure i get to the airport on time! He called me back 15 mins later asking where am I....? When asked the company to send the money back they sent me some explanation from the driver which was not even true. I sent them screenshots from my phone showing them the history of calls. No answer! They dont care about their business, why should we. Terrible service and they steel not only your time but also dont care about your money.

They also market themselves as Tomorrowland Taxi. Do not use. We booked and paid in advance, and driver left our group stranded despite messaging that he would be there. Company is a SCAM and unreasonable to work with. (I'm looking forward to their response where they lie and say we didn't show or were late or some other lie). The truth is they just take your money, promise a service, and don't deliver, and you're left stranded at 2am to find other transport. They also massively overcharge -- ask your hotel or hostel to organise a taxi and it will be 60 euro. These guys charge over 250. Can't stress enough -- SCAM.

We ordered a taxi for 7 people a week before we needed it and paid them in advance. They didn’t show up and even after several calls, they wouldn’t give us our money back. They were very very very rude and their communication was worthless. I would def not recommend using their services, it’s a scam! As a reaction on the very rude reaction of the company: I think this is a perfect example of the very rude communication this company decides to use with costumers who paid fair. We indeed ordered two taxi's for 7 persons at your company at 1:30 because the festival ended at 1:00 so getting there at 1:00 would be impossible (we thought very well about that and organized ourselves). At 1:00 we got a call from the taxi company that he was there, we told him that we were on our way and that we ordered a taxi at 1:30. It appears that this didn't matter because the taxi driver just left before 1:30. I can tell you that we didn't use too much alcohol (lol) but that we were very frustrated because it's not easy to get home from the festival without a taxi. So you pretty much nailed us, thank you for the very useless response and for calling me a liar :)

Don't use their services. No communication. Not friendly. 1 star. The driver was at the location at 1h. We ordered 1h30. He didn't wait for us and probably took some other people.
