Peaceful place to visit and is always very clean. There are a few pagodas until you reach the statue and a lot of lovely shaped idols. Below the pagoda there is a temple which is very nice and important for the locals. It was raining when I visited and rest assured this was a nice experience. There are a lot of trees and plants which are very well taken care off

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lady Buddha Da Nang – A serene guardian watching over the sea Lady Buddha, standing gracefully on the grounds of Linh Ứng Pagoda in Da Nang, is one of the most iconic and spiritually moving landmarks in Vietnam. Completed in 2010, this majestic statue was built under the vision of Vietnamese Buddhist monks and local artisans, with support from the Da Nang city government, as a symbol of peace, protection, and harmony for the people of the region. Rising 67 meters (220 feet) tall and facing the vast Son Tra Peninsula, the Lady Buddha is said to protect local fishermen and bless the city with calm seas and good fortune. When you stand at her feet, gazing up, you can truly feel her presence — calm, compassionate, and powerful. Inside the statue are multiple levels with shrines and Buddha images, each floor representing a different aspect of Buddhist teachings. The surrounding Linh Ứng Pagoda complex is equally breathtaking — traditional Vietnamese architecture, elegant dragon motifs, and the gentle sound of temple bells carried by the sea breeze. The view from the top is simply unforgettable — the entire Da Nang coastline stretching out in shades of blue and gold, especially beautiful at sunset. What makes this place so special isn’t just its beauty, but the sense of peace it offers. Even with visitors around, there’s a deep stillness that quiets the mind. Locals often come here to pray, meditate, or simply find comfort under the watchful gaze of the Lady Buddha. Lady Buddha Da Nang isn’t just a tourist site — it’s a place of spiritual reflection and emotional grounding. Whether you’re religious or not, you’ll leave with a sense of calm and gratitude. Truly one of Vietnam’s most soul-stirring destinations.

Very nice place to visit. You also get a good view of the East sea & da nang beach from top. The complex has some fantastic bonsai collections which itself is a major attraction. The towering statue of lady buddha is just beautiful against the blue sky backdrop. Worth a visit.

More Than Just a Photo Op We initially underestimated Lady Buddha, assuming it was a quick photo stop. Boy, were we wrong! This site deserves a dedicated visit. The views of Da Nang across the water are simply breathtaking. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, not only with large bonsai trees but also with intriguing statues. There are temples for Buddhists to pray, just remember to remove your shoes before entering as a sign of respect. This place is worth exploring, so don't rush through it!
