Join us for a serene and scenic small group adventure (up to 5 participants) as we journey along peaceful paths into the heart of the Sintra Forest, far from the usual crowds. Starting from the vibrant Cascais Market, we'll cycle through a picturesque rural landscape dotted with sheep, horses, and vegetable gardens. Our route takes us through Quinta do Piso and steadily ascends into the forest, culminating at the breathtaking Peninha Convent — a former monastery offering the best 360-degree views in the entire region. The pace is relaxed, allowing time to enjoy nature and the unique charm of this lesser-known trail.
After soaking in the views at Peninha, we’ll descend towards the wild beauty of Guincho Beach, where we can stop for an optional, leisurely lunch. Our journey continues along the dramatic coastline to the awe-inspiring cliffs of Boca do Inferno and the historic charm of Cascais Old Town, before returning to our starting point. Families with young children are welcome — we provide a high-quality bike trailer for infants and kids up to 6 years old, featuring suspension, reclining seats, and full weather protection to ensure a safe and comfortable ride.
