You’ll enjoy it as much as you want to, lots of the games cost a bit extra which I didnt expect, shoutout to Goyo my server, best service i received while in Cancun.
My partner and I stayed for the whole duration of the party (1-8pm) We bought a table and tipped our server right away. The service was still average. The best thing about this party is the vibes. Even if you don’t buy a table, it’d still be a fun time because you’re able to sit by the pool. There are few lockers provided (first come first serve) but since we had the table we kept our stuff on our chairs. I felt a bit uneasy about leaving our belongings out like that but it was okay. The drinks are average, even with all included drinks the ladies still try to sell us shots. LOTS of shots. We ended up throwing a few out even though we paid. The bathrooms are nice and have a shower.

Signed the paperwork for paying on a card a few times the one time he was there says no because my signature wasn't inch perfect. The waiter then wanted me to pay on another Im on holiday, I didn't bring everything with me just in case I lose it. I had photos of my driving licence and passport.
I traveled the world but never experienced such a rip off and joke. As I was Not happy with the offered drinks (very pure cheap quality spirits and beer) I was willing to pay extra money for Jack Daniels. Extremely complicated and ridiculous procedure when you try to pay a shot for 220 pesos (usd 10) with your visa credit card. They checked even my signature and came to the conclusion that it’s not my signature… then I had To sign again (4 times!) I then complained about this extremely long and harassing procedure to a taller guy there. Seems to be like kind of a middle manager . He was also very rude and reacted completely unprofessional. I am Swiss, 45 years and wear a USD 10‘000 Rolex on my wrist and you were hindering me to buy a whisky shot for USD 10. You are ridiculous. Minutes before you sold a USD 50 ticket by providing me falls and misleading Information. If I would live here your management would here from my lawyer. Avoid this scam place. I love Mexico , the people and the 5 star hotels I stay / staid at (Hyatt, Kempinski and JW Marriott) But your location is a shame for your country ! pS I did NOT drink the paid drink and gave it back to the mentioned „middle manager“ and left the location.
