I’ve booked with Travel Saga Tourism twice now, and both trips were honestly amazing!! The whole process for both experiences was super smooth and well organized. I really like how they handle tickets for popular spots which can sometimes be limited, but they make sure you're sorted. I highly recommend them if you're planning to explore Dubai. P.S A special thank you to Elisha, my travel consultant, for being so helpful!! he made planning everything so easy.

We recently booked a day trip to Abu Dhabi with Travel Saga Tourism from their desk at the Ibis World Trade Center, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst tour experience we’ve had in the UAE. From start to finish, it was completely unorganized. We were told it would be more economical to go with the group tour, but after doing the math, it felt like a purposeful scam. We were initially four people, later became seven to try and optimize cost, but there was no adjustment in pricing. We paid AED 350 per person, totaling AED 2,450 for what was essentially a basic van ride and two rushed stops. This was far from the “full Abu Dhabi experience” they promised. There was no real guide, no information shared during the journey, and the staff seemed completely unaware of what the itinerary even included. We were supposed to experience highlights like the Corniche (which was just a quick drive-through), and other iconic landmarks like Louvre or Ferrari World weren’t even pointed out or a part of the initial itinerary let alone visited. The lunch included in the package was underwhelming and forgettable. A whole 420 aed (including lunch)spent per person for a day trip and we still don’t feel like we have Visited Abu Dhabi. Absolutely no essence of it. What’s most disappointing is how clear it is that the staff have likely never been on the tours themselves, which leads to poor communication and false promises. The tour was sold to us without context or understanding—and the itinerary sounded better on paper than it actually was in execution. This disconnect between what’s sold and what’s delivered felt misleading and unethical. However, I do want to highlight Sapna, the young lady at the sales desk at Ibis. She was kind, soft-spoken, and clearly doing her best. I believe the fault here lies not with her, but with senior management, who seem more focused on pushing sales targets than on actually building quality experiences. As a business development consultant, I can recognize when a company is forcing front-line staff to sell something they don’t truly understand or believe in. Without proper training or firsthand experience, even a good communicator like Sapna is left vulnerable to delivering empty promises. This experience made us feel frustrated, disappointed, and honestly, a bit cheated. Especially when we compared it with other experiences in Dubai—like the Art Museum at a much lower cost—that were fulfilling, thoughtful, and genuinely memorable. Travel Saga Tourism seriously needs to re-evaluate their training, tour execution, and pricing structure. I hope they take this feedback seriously—not just for future guests, but for the sake of their team members who are being set up to fail.

jatin sainani has been excellent in helping us book all our experiences in Dubai. We are staying at the Aloft Dubai Creek hotel and Jatin has offered us lots of great day trips and also booked the sightseeing tour bus for 48 hours. Jatin helped us with all the booking and transport for good prices for adventure days. . Me and my mum have been on a desert safari and quad bikes and also had an Arabian bbq in the desert. We have also booked for the worlds tallest building and zip line at the marina: Thank you for all your help jatin. You are 5 star service for us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would like to thank Mr. Kalees for suggesting a very beautiful experience. the drive on the sand dunes, the camp where we had Dinner and watched the shows, the activities around camel ride, Quad. Had very nice Experience. we recommend 100%.

Please find below my detailed feedback: Booking Process: - Good Knowledge and Packages Available for Azerbaijan. Good details on Tour information and booking were provided. - Help to obtain Azerbaijan Visa was offered and provided, however, cost to obtain the Visa was not disclosed. It was also noticed that Saga Travel tried to make a margin on the Visa Fees, however, when I insisted on disclosing actual expense and only paying the accrual, updated payment on Visa fees was shared. Tour operator in Azerbaijan: - The tour operator in Azerbaijan provided a dedicated driver for the duration of the trip. The driver was personally a very nice, simple and humble individual, however, did not speak English very well. This is a major concern as when we travel to new countries, we wish to know about the areas we are visiting. The driver was actually just a "driver"; he would drive up to the locations and ask us to go explore. As an example, when visiting the Old City, The Palace of the Shirvanshahs or the Mountain of Fire in Baku, the driver would just drive us and ask us to walk around. - There were other Tour operators at these tourist locations who were providing background of the importance of the place in English which we would listen to. This was missing from our Tour operator. - Our driver was not informed on the packages we had purchases. In Gabala, the driver mentioned we have to buy our own cable car tickets. Apparently, he called the local tour operator and confirmed this. When we inquired with Saga Travel, this was rectified and the tour operator bought the tickets. Feedback on Travel Saga: - The fees that we paid to Travel Saga included Airfare, Lodging and fees of the Driver + the Cable Car tickets in Gabala. Apparently, the itinerary had many destinations such as the Old City, The Palace of the Shirvanshahs or the Mountain of Fire, however, we had to pay for our tickets at the gate - WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF THIS by Travel Saga. - Hotel - The hotel for the first night (Midtown Baku) was excellent. The hotel in Gabala (Gabala Gardens) was excellent. The hotel fir the last nights in Baku (City Park Baku) was not good; as a family of five (5) with children, we were split into different rooms across the hall. Overall: I rate the escape a mere 5/10. Baku is a very nice beautiful place to explore with its own culture; in the future, I would be heavily screening any travel agency going forward asking for clear details on what is included and what is not.
