What a beauty! Design, architecture, and luxuriousness is on the other level! Booked through Get Your Guide for $135 for 2. It’s pricey but it’s all worth it. After checked-in, cart took us to the hotel (3-5mins). Never thought that I will see the hotel on my own eyes. We didn’t stayed but we enjoyed the once in a lifetime tour. We were given free local coffee and dates. Souvenir shop is available inside. You can claim your picture on a frame for a price/fee.
Did a booking from klook website for the tour of this one of the best 5 star hotel in the world. Everything went smoothly including their check in and tour of whole property in their cart. Further they took us on 25th floor and gave the idea of their suites and royal suites too. We had dates and local coffee too. Thanks to klook also.

One of the most beautiful experience Luxurious feeling. Huge , Magnificent hotel with top interior. The staff were nice , helpful. Good service and warm welcoming. Parking is at Jumeirah Hotel , then a golf Cart with a beautiful ride with information about the hotel. Welcoming is with Beautiful Rose water on hands is sprinkled ,small Juice, warm towel.Relaxing atmosphere. Inside Burj Al Arab was mesmerising. UMA lounge is good offering nice frappe etc with a beautiful sunset view . Thanks to Peachy & Begimai ( UMA)was very welcoming, & good hospitality . It also have a souvenir shop inside with lovely gifts , They have photographs on chargeable basis. Wonderful Date and kahwa ( arabic Coffee) at end makes it njoiable.
