Our stay at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island was absolutely excellent in every regard. The service provided by the staff was consistently professional and welcoming, contributing greatly to our overall comfort. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and modern, and the stunning pool area provided a perfect place to relax. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was a fantastic highlight, offering a vast array of high-quality and delicious options. This hotel is a wonderful choice that combines luxury facilities with a superb location and dedicated hospitality.
We are staying currently in this beautiful hotel and I can say that the service is very good from the moment we checked in and all the services. The room are nicely decorated and kept well and the house keeping is very efficient and to high standards. Our room is taken care by the lovely Ruby who she pays attention to details when tidying and cleaning. Follows instructions and tries very hard to make the room look lovely during our stay . The restaurant where we have breakfast is clean and the variety of food is very very good . Member of staff are very professional and very efficient. I definitely recommend this place for a holiday break as it has a very nice pool and a very lovely spa . There is also a hairdresser which I have found very handy and a nail bar . The gym is quite good , it has a good range of machines and strength training equipments . Highly recommend this place. Thank you to all members of staff for making our current stay so memorable.
Our stay at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island was simply wonderful. I would like to especially commend the outstanding service we received from the dining room staff, particularly Ms. Sumayya and Mr. Idain, who were always welcoming, attentive, and served us with a warm smile. Lance from the concierge team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Always friendly and full of positive energy, he assisted us with car rental, flight check-in, and tickets for various attractions, ensuring that everything went smoothly. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and well organized. The pool area was clean and well maintained, with excellent service from the pool staff. The reception team was polite, professional, and always greeted us with kindness and a smile. The hotel spa was excellent, featuring dry and wet saunas, a jacuzzi, and a unique forest-themed shower with music and different rain modes. It’s only a pity that the spa facilities are separated by gender. Still, the spa team was courteous, attentive, and provided top-notch service. Finally, the dining options were truly impressive, high-quality food, a large and varied buffet, and a wide selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. Overall, the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island offers an exceptional hospitality experience, highly recommended.
Our stay at Hilton Yas Island was absolutely wonderful! The cleanliness is outstanding — truly top-notch. As someone who really values cleanliness, I can say I’ve seen very few hotels that maintain such a high standard. The food quality was excellent, both at the buffet and in the lounge — with a wide and varied selection that suited every taste. The Kids Club is impressive and well thought-out, perfect for families traveling with children. The service was exceptional — everyone was friendly, smiling, and genuinely eager to help. A special mention to the concierge, who was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to assist us. Overall, a perfect experience — highly recommended
We stayed at the Hilton thru the Yas Stay and Play package. It’s a good hotel but not 5 star level , either in quality of rooms or service. - Rooms had basic issues in them like leaking washrooms, leaks from shower fixtures etc. The team was prompt to respond but this isn’t what you expect. - Staff tried their best but service was patchy. We were celebrating an anniversary and despite 3 reminders and promises never got a cake delivered in the room. - No welcome drinks, no water at the pool - none of the basics that u expect from a quality 5 star in UAE. - Pool wasn’t very clean and 2 of us ended up with itchy rashes after using it. The pool staff was really friendly tho and the pool in itself is great. - No minibar, toiletries in fixtures bottles - does not give the 5 star feel to match the rates paid. Better options available in Dubai for same price with much more luxury. Highlights: - the buffet breakfast was amazing. Great spread and service. - the location is very convenient on Yas, bang on the promenade with great food options nearby - Complimentary Sea World tickets are a plus - Check in and check out was very smooth
