We did a land one tour. Visited various attractions, saw pearls being harvested, fish sauce being made, a lovely beach where we had lunch, and a Pagoda. Oh and the coconut prison museum, finishing up at the very strange sunset town. What a day we had, thanks to Tan. He's a funny guy and very informative. Definitely recommend.

We booked a private boat trip in Phu Quoc with John’s Tours and had an amazing time! This is our second time joining their tour, and once again everything was perfect. The boat was big and exactly what we expected - we wouldn’t have gone if it was a smaller one. Our guide, Hoa, was outstanding - he helped us with everything from taking beautiful photos, snorkeling, and preparing food, to making sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. He even supported us a day before the tour, which made everything smooth and easy. Overall, such a great experience again with John’s Tours. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phu Quoc!

We booked the Luxury Speedboat Trip (maximum 15 people) with John’s Tours and visited Xuong, Buom, Gam Ghi and May Rut Trong Islands. Our guide Zoe was absolutely wonderful — cheerful, knowledgeable and incredibly attentive throughout the day. She made sure everyone felt comfortable and supported, explaining each stop clearly and helping with equipment and photos. Her kindness and enthusiasm were a real highlight, and she deserves full praise for her professionalism and warmth. However, I left the trip with serious concerns about the lack of environmental awareness demonstrated by parts of the operation. I witnessed people touching coral and fish, and even feeding fish from the boat — practices that are extremely harmful to the fragile reef ecosystem. The amount of rubbish in the water at some snorkelling sites was upsetting; at one point I came face-to-face with a large blue plastic bag while snorkelling. These experiences detracted from what could have been an exceptional tour. John’s Tours has the resources and reputation to lead by example in protecting Phú Quốc’s marine life. I hope they take the opportunity to educate guests, stop fish-feeding, and ensure cleaner, safer snorkelling areas. Zoe was outstanding — the company’s environmental standards just need to match her level of care.

We booked a 4 island hopping tour - and it was really good. Proper pickup system, transits, explanations. Our guide Ms. Hank was very good and was able to give us clear information regarding the tour. The lunch was also good - involving both veg and non veg options. We got pictures taken, spent quality time on islands and overall it was a good experience. The reason I gave 3 stars and not 5 - is because of the racism they showed for Asian pax. Same tour, same places - but there were 2 types of boats - one of John tours for white people. Premium seats, clean and tidy. and second one, torn down and not even of John Tours (they might have hired it from a local company) for the Asian pax - uncomfortable and old seating, smelly, and dirty. Similarly, the transit buses were also divided. Such type of behaviour does not count as good customer service and I hope down the road, they will improve on their customer experience. Adding photos of both boats as well. Couldnt click the interior pics - but maybe if you have booked their tour some time, you’d know.

I did a day’s trip tour of the South of the island with Ren. I really enjoyed the pagoda and visiting the fish sauce factory. We also went to a local silk factory which was fun and informative. Overall, Ren was a great guide, very funny and told us a great deal about the island, the businesses around and general Vietnam history.
