Dubai Jet Car Ride with Private Transfers

AVOID !! 🚨. Just back from Dubai and we paid for a jetcar experience with this company. Firstly, the jetcar was not fit for purpose; it was filthy and parts were broken including the drivers seat. The passenger seat was falling back on my partner sitting in the back. The engine warning light was also flashing the entire time. The dashboard was rusted and had holes in it. I didn’t get the chance to actually drive and control the gas myself, I was told I could only steer but after I had already handed over money and gotten into the car. Also, we did not go fast at all as advertised, the car was kept at a very slow speed that my daughter ended up falling asleep. And also there was nobody there when we arrived back to talk to and explain our frustration and our guide just told us to get out and drove away. I genuinely question the legitimacy of this company as when we arrived there was nobody there to greet us, instead I was told to send a picture of where I am and eventually someone showed up to bring is to the dock (after telling me I would have to pay for the marina’s taxi service to bring us to the location, i refused). When we got to the dock we were surrounded by 5 men, one of which had a t-shirt wrapped around his face, and asked to hand over the money. There is nothing to indicate they are a legitimate company, no uniforms, no signs, nothing. I think they just rent a space on the marina and lower their prices in comparison to the other JetCar companies out there to make themselves look more attractive. I am really let down by this as we expected more of a thrill and spent a lot of money. I messaged them as soon as we got back to the hotel to complain but they have yet to open the message. They don’t care once money is handed over.

I had an incredible experience with the jet car ski activity! The team was extremely kind, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They took the time to explain the safety instructions clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the ride. The jet car itself was thrilling and so much fun — definitely a unique way to enjoy the water. What stood out the most was how attentive the staff were; they captured amazing videos and photos, making sure to get the best angles so I could keep the memories forever. Their professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made the experience exceptional. I highly recommend this activity to anyone looking for something exciting, well-organized, and memorable!

2/10 The cars are mostly broken and damaged, it is very slowed, don’t be fooled by pictures and manage your expectations, really slow! The team is unprofessional and do not respect the time, the wasted our time on two different occasions and had us wait 40 mins (at 12pm I. Dubai hot summer sun) over the agreed appointment They are also very inflexible when it comes to pricing and packages! The only good things we came out with by paying 600 is a few pictures Cheaper to go rent a real Ferrari man
