From start to finish, the whole experience was absolutely seamless. The pickup and drop-off were perfectly on time, and the ride to the desert was smooth and comfortable. Our guide was friendly and made sure everyone felt welcome and safe throughout the trip. The quad biking was definitely one of the highlights — such an exciting way to explore the golden dunes! Everything was well-organized, and there was a great balance between adventure and relaxation. The desert views were stunning, especially as the sun began to set. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, hassle-free desert adventure!
We had the best experience, I had family who came to visit from the UK and this company did not disappoint. Yasir collected us in a comfortable SUV which we had to ourselves, provided us with water straight away and everything from collection to when we arrived was really smooth. We didn’t have to worry about anything, we had the best quad bike ride, camel ride and Yasir always checked in on us and went over and beyond the level of service we expected. I’ve used this company before and would not hesitate to use them again. Reliable, trustworthy and the level of service that goes above standard expectations.

This was a well organised event. Our driver, Shamshar, messaged (text and WhatsApp) in advance and pick-up at our hotel was arranged. We were a family of 5 with children aged 12,15 and 19. He arrived exactly on time. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, and we were given water throughout. He was very knowledgable about Dubai so we pleasantly got tour guide info as we drove to the desert. Toilets, refreshment, photo opportunity etc all arranged. Soooooo many photos :) I had researched in advance so I knew he was fully licensed, insured etc. But he was also very experienced at car handling in the dunes. We actually came upon a stuck vehicle and Shamshar was able to rescue him and get him unstuck. A vital skill in desert heat of 40plus degrees !!! This is obviously a competitive market but I would highly recommend this company to buy from. The price was the price ! No hidden extras, and no surprises. We gave him a tip at the end as we felt he had looked after us 110%. (We booked the basic ticket and got plenty of thrills. Due to the age of our children he advised no to the quads. Our sons needed to be over 16, so we appreciated that advice.)
Very good tour in the desert (dune bashing kids friendly, very good photos taken by our driver captain Shahbaz) He also played with our kids and we could take some photos in the meanwhile. The kids also got a little present and enjoied the ride the whole time. Afterwards we took some photos at Sunset. Last point was at the camp where we also got very good support of our driver captain Shahbaz with our three kids 😊👍 We would always do this tour again!
