The beers follow a traditional Pilsner style recipe using only water, malt, hops and brewing yeast. The malt used for Sladovna Maxmilian beer comes from a malt house known for its handmade malt. Special Žatecky Polorany Cervenak hops are used to create a clean and distinctive flavor.

Sladovna Maxmilian beer is produced without additional chemicals and allowed to mature for at least one month. The beer contains only its natural amount of carbon dioxide, helping preserve its traditional character. Each tasting option gives visitors an opportunity to sample the distinctive qualities of these carefully brewed specialty beers.

The Small Tasting features three specialty beer samples served with a traditional pretzel. The Knight Roland Tasting offers four samples accompanied by a traditional ham or cheese beer snack. The one hour experience is easy and designed exclusively for adults aged eighteen and above.
