Isla Mujeres Whale Shark Adventure

Experience an unforgettable six-hour marine adventure around Isla Mujeres during the seasonal whale shark migration. From May through September, these gentle giants gather near the meeting point of the Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean Sea, creating an exceptional opportunity to observe them in their natural environment.

Depart in the morning with an experienced bilingual captain and guide while searching for whale sharks and other marine life. Along the journey, you may encounter sea turtles, flying fish, dolphins and manta rays depending on daily ocean conditions.

After the whale shark experience, return toward Isla Mujeres for a relaxing swim at Playa Norte (North Beach) on shared trips, one of the island’s most beautiful beaches. Private trips can also include an optional El Farito snorkeling stop for an additional underwater adventure.

Fresh ceviche and guacamole provide a delicious finish to the experience while you relax and take in the beautiful Caribbean surroundings.
