Krakow City Bike Tour

Begin your cycling adventure in Krakow at the Main Market Square, one of the citys most important historic landmarks. Follow your English speaking guide through the Planty Gardens to the Jagiellonian University, founded in 1364, and continue past the Bishops Palace and the famous window associated with Pope John Paul II. The route also passes the former residence of Oskar Schindler before reaching Wawel Castle, the historic home of Polish royalty and an important museum of Polish art and history.

Continue the journey along the Vistula River before entering the historic Krakow Ghetto. Along the way, see remains of the ghetto wall, Oskar Schindlers factory and the famous Pharmacy under the Eagle. These locations provide an opportunity to discover important parts of Krakows history while travelling through the city by bicycle. The tour combines major landmarks with historic streets and areas that shaped the citys past.

The route then travels back in time to Kazimierz, the historic Jewish quarter of Krakow. Here you will see the oldest synagogue in Poland before having the opportunity to stop for lunch at a Polish restaurant. Lunch is optional and is not included in the tour price. The lunch break provides several food options, while additional beverages and food are available at your own expense.

After the break, cycle back toward the original departure point where the tour concludes. The experience includes bicycle rental, an English speaking guide and an optional helmet for participants over 16 years of age. Basic bike riding skills are required, and infant seats are available. The tour provides an easy way to explore Krakows major landmarks, historic districts and riverside areas by bicycle.
