Great hotel, I stayed here because it was easy access to the airport Negi in reception was absolutely fantastic and helped me with an error I made on my booking. She was excellent!!! The rooms are clean, beds comfortable with nice linen. The pool on level 10 relaxed and beautiful place .I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Negi

My stay at the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi by IHG was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you’d expect from a quality IHG property. I want to give a special shout-out to Negi at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing — warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Staff members like her are the reason guests keep coming back. Overall, an excellent experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Abu Dhabi.
