Practical training allows students to develop confidence through hands-on exercises. Participants practice important techniques such as CPR, bandaging, and splinting, with the opportunity to repeat skills until they feel comfortable and capable.
Upon completing the program, participants receive EFR certification, meeting the First Aid and CPR requirement for PADI Rescue Diver and PADI Divemaster certification. Learn practical first aid skills and respond confidently during emergencies. A willingness to help others is the only stated special requirement.
