Guests should arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled session. A signed waiver is required before entering the room, and a parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18. Children aged 6 to 14 must have a parent present inside the room.
Safety rules must be followed throughout the session. Protective gear is required, and only closed toe shoes are allowed. Guests cannot participate while pregnant, injured or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medications. Personal phones or cameras can be used for recording, but guests are responsible for any device damage.
