This one hour guided experience takes guests inside Rock Town Distillery for a closer look at the whiskey making process. The tour is designed for guests aged 21 and older and offers an engaging introduction to craft distilling from grain to glass.
Guests move through different areas of the distillery while learning how whiskey is created. The experience covers mash bills, fermentation, distillation, sour mashing, barrel aging and finishing methods used to create Arkansas whiskeys.
Curated spirit tastings are offered throughout the experience, including an opportunity to sample fermenting mash directly from the tank. Guests also explore the Stillhouse, bottling line and Barrel Warehouse while discovering the work behind each bottle.
The tour is suitable for both whiskey beginners and experienced enthusiasts who want a deeper understanding of craft spirits. Tours are limited to six guests, so advance booking is recommended. All guests must be at least 21 years old.
