The campsite accommodates an individual or family with two to three tents depending on their size. RV campers can also use the site, making it suitable for different camping preferences. Guests can stay for one to ten nights and enjoy the natural surroundings from an elevated hilltop location.
Seasonal weather conditions can occasionally make four wheel drive necessary for reaching the campsite. If a vehicle cannot safely reach Spreading Oak Camp, guests may be relocated to another suitable campsite. Visitors should consider current weather and road conditions when planning their journey.
Check in begins at 1 PM and check out is at 11:30 AM. Adults aged 13 and above pay 15 dollars per night, while families with two adults and up to three children pay 50 dollars per night. Motorized trail recreation may require an additional park day use fee.
