Access requires careful planning, as the destination is best suited to trail capable vehicles. Four wheel drive vehicles with suitable mud tires and good ground clearance are recommended. Small high clearance campers or trailers may reach the area depending on weather and ground conditions, while standard recreational vehicles are unsuitable.
The camping experience is available for short stays or extended outdoor escapes, with options for individuals and families. Families can accommodate two adults and up to three children, while each campsite can support two to three tents depending on their size. Trail recreation using motorized transportation may require an additional park day use fee.
