Its a good hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Villa style hotel. Staff is very good and helpful But there is no lift. Carrying luggage to and from 4th floor is a tedious task. I would recommend them to include some Indian items as well in their breakfast menu .

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my son’s birthday and have a simple family gathering with my sister, who happened to be our guest. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a disaster. My sister forgot her Emirates ID at home (she lives in Khalifa City, around 40 minutes away). When Mr. Mohammad Saud from the reception called, we explained that she would only stay for about 3 hours to celebrate with my son and requested if she could send a screenshot of her ID. Instead of understanding, he was rude and arrogant, and they even sent a security guard to our room as if we had committed a crime. What was supposed to be an exciting and happy day became a stressful and unpleasant experience. The room was clean but old, the air conditioning was weak, and the staff’s attitude was very unwelcoming and unaccommodating. If I could refund and move to another hotel, I would have done it immediately. This is definitely my first and last time visiting this hotel. Every year, we celebrate my son’s birthday in different hotels just for a small swim and cake time — but this place completely ruined the moment. Not recommended at all. If zero stars were possible, they would deserve it.

Just stayed there for a day for a business trip. It’s a great budget friendly hotel. Nice rooms. Pretty big pool and a nice gym. Breakfast was great too The only thing I would recommend is extending the timings of the swimming pool and the gym since both of them close early compared to other places.

This booking started with some interesting scheme on the Agoda website. It seemed like I was booking a great room at a great hotel, the Grand Villaggio, with a big discount, but then somehow I ended up here. Perhaps it was my mistake, but from now on I'll be taking screenshots of every step of the booking process in this system. As for the hotel: the pool is open until 6 p.m., the gym until 10 p.m. It's unclear why it's not the other way around, since it's a resort. The proximity to the African Eastern store is a plus, but the constantly humming air conditioner outside my room is a minus. No reaction for my questions. And let's face it, the paintings on the walls don't justify a four-star rating.

Had a great and relaxing stay at Villaggio Hotel & Resort in Abu Dhabi! The vibe of the place is really peaceful — a perfect spot to unwind. The room was very comfortable and cozy, just what I needed to relax. The service was excellent too. I left my iPhone charger in the room by accident, and they actually kept it safe and returned it to me after two days — really appreciated the honesty and effort! If I had one small suggestion, it would be to modernize the comfort room (bathroom) a bit. It’s clean and functional, but a little update would make the whole experience even better. Overall, great service, comfy rooms, and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend staying here!
