Guests should arrive on time, as lane availability is not guaranteed after 20 minutes. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, while rescheduling depends on availability.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, although cupcakes or cakes are allowed for special occasions. Bookings made within 48 hours of the reservation date are not eligible for a full refund.
