A high clearance trail capable four wheel drive vehicle or an ATV or side by side is required for vehicle access. Depending on weather conditions, off road tires may also be necessary. Visitors without suitable transportation can park and backpack to the campsite, making hiking access another option.

A trail usage fee and trail capable vehicle are required for motorized access, while guests who hike to the campsite can have their camping fee cover the stay.
