Explore Kennebunk and the surrounding coastal communities with a five-day electric bicycle rental from Coastal Maine Outdoors. The rental fleet offers a range of well-maintained e-bikes for adult riders, with every bicycle regularly inspected by experienced mechanics. Each rental includes a helmet, bike lock, and area map, while delivery is included with this booking.

Delivery is available within roughly 10 miles of the shop, covering Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Arundel, Cape Porpoise, Biddeford Pool, and Wells. The service applies to rentals of at least two days, with deliveries departing at 4 p.m. The fleet includes standard adult e-bikes, passenger cargo e-bikes, and e-tricycles, with adjustable seating and sizes generally suitable for riders five feet and taller.

All available e-bikes are Class 2 models featuring pedal assistance, throttles, and speeds of up to 20 mph. Standard bikes offer approximately 30–50 miles per charge, while passenger e-bikes can carry up to two passengers within a 200-pound capacity. The e-tricycle provides a comfortable alternative with wide tires, suspension, hydraulic brakes, and rear cargo space. A child trailer for up to two children is also available as an add-on.

The rental lasts 120 hours, giving guests plenty of time to explore the Kennebunks at their own pace. Riders must be at least 16 years old to operate a Class 2 e-bike under Maine law, and helmets are mandatory. Most local cycling takes place on roads shared with vehicles and pedestrians, so riders are expected to follow all traffic laws and operate bicycles safely throughout their rental.
