Participants should arrive 30 minutes before departure at the Valle del Tirino Tourist and Training Center in Capestrano, which offers parking, toilets, a bar and an eco-refreshment area. Comfortable cycling clothing, a water bottle, snacks and a windproof or waterproof jacket are recommended.
