Enjoy an extended five day kayak or canoe rental designed for travelers seeking greater freedom to explore the beautiful waterways around Flamingo Marina. This experience offers ample time for independent adventures while allowing guests to plan their outings at a relaxed and comfortable pace.
Flamingo Adventures Activities Booth operates from eight in the morning until three in the afternoon, with the final rental launch departing at three. Rentals must be returned within five days of the originally scheduled launch time. Guests expecting a later return should inform the Activities Booth attendant when returning to arrange additional rental hours.
During the seasonal period from November through March, kayaks and two person canoes can be transported to select trailheads along the access road between Nine Mile Pond and Flamingo Marina. This optional transportation service carries an additional fee for each vessel and provides greater access to selected launch locations.
Guests aged eighteen and above must present valid photo identification during check in as required by Florida law. Three person canoes and guest transportation are not available, while personal vehicles cannot be used to transport rented kayaks or canoes.
