With fishing these waters since 1986, the experienced guides bring valuable local knowledge to every trip. The salmon species targeted depend on the season and current conditions. Chinook King Salmon are generally pursued from May through July, Sockeye Red Salmon from June through August, and Coho Silver Salmon from August through October.

Pink Humpy Salmon may also be targeted during July and August in even numbered years. The seasonal variety gives anglers different opportunities throughout the fishing calendar. The guides use their knowledge of the river and seasonal patterns to create an enjoyable experience while anglers focus on the excitement of catching salmon.

The trip lasts five hours, with meeting times changing from day to day. Guests should bring a valid fishing license and the required King Stamp when targeting King Salmon from May through July. Food and drinks, rain gear, warm socks, waterproof footwear and layered clothing are recommended. A camera is also useful for capturing the beautiful Alaskan scenery and memorable moments on the Kasilof River.
