The Hood River E Bike Rental offers an easy way to explore the city and surrounding scenery on an electric powered bicycle. Rentals are available on select days from April through November, Monday through Saturday, with bikes available from 9 am to 3:45 pm.
Riders can explore downtown Hood River, nearby orchards, or venture toward the Mosier tunnels. The cruiser bikes are designed for street riding and are not suitable for off road or mountain biking.
The pedal assist motor makes pedaling easier while riders can adjust battery power and change gears easily. Helmets are provided and required, while casual sports clothing and closed toe shoes are recommended for a comfortable ride.
E bike pickup and return takes place at the train station at 110 Railroad Avenue. Riders must be at least 16 years old and 5 feet tall, with a maximum weight of 250 pounds. Bikes are not designed to carry children.
