The approximately two and a half to three hour experience includes a scenic train journey with a 45 minute stop at The Fruit Company and Mount Hood Winery. Guests can explore the area, enjoy refreshments, or relax at picnic tables with mountain views.
Several seating options are available, including VIP, Premium, Parlor, and Standard. VIP guests enjoy a luxury car with a private bartender, lounge space, booth seating, and complimentary refreshments. Seating is assigned according to ticket type.
Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 45 minutes before departure for parking, ticket collection, and pre boarding. Parlor seating is the only option suitable for wheelchairs, with a 27 inch width limit. Pets are not permitted, and personal alcohol cannot be brought onboard.
