Really informative tour from Kapil I really enjoyed my day in Jaipur. We saw so many sights and he is great at Instagram photos!
Went during the low season and booked two day tours with this company, to Jaipur and to Agra/Taj Mahal. The driver was great and decent english for conversation, car was good too, had AC. I was the only one booked so it was one on one with the guides, who both went a bit too fast. Though both tours hit the big items like Taj mahal and city palace, they both missed some of the smaller attractions that were listed in the description, instead going to the classic sales spot, like marble making company during the Taj mahal tour and two, two clothing workshops, to try to get me to buy stuff, which i dont care for. Overall, i missed Patrika gate on one tour and missed Agra fort and baby taj on the other tour because of the stops not listed. For the Taj Mahal, the guide was pushy with getting a photographer, which I didnt want as I had my own camera and would just think the guide would take them for me, but they kept pushing it so I just said yes, over a dollar per photo and they were not taking well, so uneven and bad poses. And the guides ask you to rate the booking midway through the tour, and sit and watch as you do it.
Don't trust them. They cancelled my Jaipur tour 3 hours before the tour and it was my special day. I won't recommend them
Seeing the Taj Mahal at sunrise is well worth the 2am wake up call. What an experience! Pick up and drop off by my driver Khan was smooth. My guide Shakir Ali was very kind and hospitable. Sharing lots of interesting facts, laughs and capturing magic pictures. As a solo female traveller, this tour was perfect for me. Thank you!
The absolute definition of “door to door care” designed to get you what you really want out of the Taj/Agra tour experience with none of the concern or hassle of having to handle booking and navigating yourself. Truly premium experience each step of the way. Notwithstanding the convenience, our guide was highly knowledgeable, warm, accommodating, and generous with his time. Every single piece of the Delhi > Agra experience had us under the eye and care of Islam, and his highly capable team of drivers. Didn’t lift a finger to get all the way to and from our Delhi hotel and after seeing the complications first hand of navigating these experiences, particularly as a foreigner, it was more than money well spent for one of the most memorable tours we’ve had. Bonus points for Islam being very upfront on how to avoid the typical “Agra hustles” when possible, though a little of that interaction is unavoidable and he did an incredible job at highlighting the bare minimum level of “entertainment” needed from us in that relationship management which is an important part of how he flexes his influence to get you a premier experience. Don’t hesitate. This is THE tour. Would certainly book again. Islam made the tour! Request him!
