Each time slot accommodates a maximum of four guests and is reserved for one group. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult, who counts toward the four guest limit. Guests should check in at the gift shop or admissions ticket booth.
The experience costs 400 dollars per group for non season pass members and 350 dollars per person for season pass members. No refunds are available after the dinner is purchased. Participation depends on animal health and activity levels.
