During the experience, guests can speak with a keeper, help feed the penguins, and interact with them at close range. Animal care staff assign each guest a penguin to feed, helping the team monitor individual eating habits and maintain proper care.
The experience is available for guests aged three and above, with a maximum of four feeding guests per time slot. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult, and the accompanying adult counts toward the four guest limit.
Guests should check in at the gift shop or admissions ticket booth upon arrival. The experience is weather dependent and requires walk through admission. Penguin availability may vary based on flock health, breeding behavior, and molting.
