The experience finishes with a post flight discussion. Guests should arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their appointment and bring their booking confirmation. Voucher holders should also bring their voucher. The simulator is accessed by steps, while guests with walking disabilities who can walk with assistance may enter if they feel comfortable doing so.
