This hands on couples course invites you to prepare popular dishes such as Pad Thai, Chicken Satay, Thai Red Curry, Thai Green Curry, Spring Rolls and Penang Curry while discovering the balance of traditional Thai flavours.
Working alongside your partner, you will learn practical cooking techniques, explore authentic ingredients and create delicious dishes from scratch. After the cooking session, sit down together and enjoy the food you have prepared, making it a relaxed and memorable evening for couples, friends or family.
The experience includes tea and coffee, ingredients, equipment, takeaway containers and a recipe pack. Soft drinks and alcohol are not included. The course is not suitable for vegetarians, while substitutes can be arranged for pescatarian diets when requested in advance.
This is an adult only experience and participants must be eighteen or over. Only paid participants may attend the cookery school during classes, with no spectator or waiting area available. Free parking is available, and guests should wear suitable flat shoes and sensible clothing. The location is Kent Cookery School, with entry through the pantry door by the BBQ area in the courtyard.
