After a warm welcome, your journey begins with a captivating walk through five of the estate’s vineyards, led by an experienced oenologist. As you stroll through the rows of vines, you’ll learn about the rich history of the Fattoria and the wine-producing region of Montecarlo. The expert will explain various cultivation techniques, the characteristics of the grape varieties grown here, and the unique features of the Montecarlo DOC designation. This immersive experience offers a deep dive into the region’s wine culture, revealing the connection between the land, the vine, and the final product. The walk is both informative and scenic, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

Following the vineyard tour, you will be invited into the estate’s ancient cellar. Whether seated under the traditional porch beside the historic barrels or inside the cellar itself, you’ll continue your journey with a guided wine tasting experience. Six distinct wines, including Montecarlo Bianco DOC, Montecarlo Rosso DOC, and a Super Tuscan, will be introduced and paired with local delicacies such as cured meats, cheeses, Altopascio bread, and the estate’s extra virgin olive oil. Led by either the winemaker or a knowledgeable sommelier, this tasting session offers not only the opportunity to enjoy the wines but also to understand their unique characteristics and the craftsmanship behind each bottle.
