Lavender Hill Farm and the Boyne Heritage Center welcome Sionainn Laoi on September 19 for an evening of authentic Irish traditional music. The duo features Hannah Harris on fiddle and voice and Alberto Bear Whitmer on guitar and bodhrán, creating a rich combination of lyrical melodies and driving rhythms.
The evening begins at 5:30pm with lawn picnicking and preshow music from the Full Moon Jam Band in the amphitheater. Guests can relax around the farm, enjoy the scenic setting and purchase snacks, drinks and lavender treats from the Farmhouse Boutique. A silent auction runs throughout the evening in support of the Boyne Heritage Center.
The main performance begins around 7:30pm inside the restored 1920s barn. Theater guests enjoy reserved seating, while lawn guests can watch the real time audio and video feed on the outdoor amphitheater screen. Most performances conclude between 9:30 and 10pm, although schedules may change.
Guests should park at the Drying Shed lot and use the complimentary golf cart shuttle to reach the Ambassador Stand. Lawn guests should bring their own chair or blanket. Children must have an accompanying ticket holding adult, while children under two do not require tickets. A portion of reserved table rentals supports the selected charity.
