Guests can enjoy a scenic harbor cruise from Sitka to Fin Island followed by a memorable Alaskan dinner. The three hour experience includes 30 minutes traveling to the island, two hours at Fin Island Lodge and a 30 minute return journey to Crescent Harbor. The route passes through the beautiful island filled waters surrounding Sitka.
At the lodge, guests can enjoy a hearty feast featuring Alaskan crab, wild salmon cooked over an alder wood fired grill, prime rib, homemade side dishes and desserts. The lodge offers a welcoming Alaskan atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful island surroundings after their meal.
The experience continues outdoors with a beach bonfire and time to roast smores while taking in the surrounding scenery. During the cruise, guests can enjoy climate controlled seating, panoramic windows and an outdoor observation deck. Hot chocolate, coffee, tea and select snacks are available, while additional drinks and snacks can be purchased onboard.
Guests of all ages can participate, although every guest requires a ticket under coast guard regulations. The tour is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for guests who have difficulty walking. Vegan and gluten free meal options are available. Guests sensitive to motion sickness may wish to take medication about one hour before departure.
