Harbor Hopper Ferry Connects Langley With Everett

Getting between Whidbey Island and the mainland is easier with the seasonal Harbor Hopper ferry service connecting South Whidbey Harbor at Langley with the Port of Everett. Operating on Thursdays and Saturdays during June, July, and August, the family friendly service offers a scenic way to enjoy day trips, extended weekends, and longer summer stays.

The ferry departs from E Dock at South Whidbey Harbor in Langley and travels to Guest Dock 1 on the waterside of Anthony’s Homeport Everett. Passengers should arrive fifteen to twenty minutes before the scheduled departure for check in and boarding, while allowing additional time for parking and reaching the dock. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and sailing times can change because of weather, tides, vessel traffic, or other unforeseen conditions.

Passengers can enjoy convenient parking options, seasonal waterfront shuttle services, and access to nearby attractions. Waterfront Place features restaurants, history and art exhibits, hotels, parks, plazas, walking trails, and summer events. In Langley, visitors can use the free shuttle between downtown and the marina while exploring restaurants, cafes, shops, lodging, galleries, and beach access.

The Harbor Hopper is ADA accessible, although conditions can vary by dock and tide, with boarding assistance available when feasible. Wheelchairs, mobility devices, and strollers are permitted, while bikes and wagons are not allowed because of limited space. Small personal belongings are permitted onboard, and restrooms are available on the ferry and near both docks. Pets and emotional service animals are not permitted, while ADA service animals are allowed.
